2018 Registration and Cancellation Policy
- To confirm your reservation at the festival, full payment must be received by the Shelburne Kayak Festival Society at the time of booking.
- Refunds of the registration fee, minus a $10.00 processing fee, will be issued for requests made on or before June 30th, 2018. There will be no refunds issued after this time.
- Refunds must be requested in writing by sending an email to email@example.com on or before June 30th, 2018.
- The Shelburne Kayak Festival Society is a non-profit society and we are unable to provide refunds for participants who find themselves unable to attend the festival after the June 30th, 2018 refund deadline.
- A request to transfer registration to another person may be made to the Board. The request will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. A written request to transfer registration can be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Refunds will not be made due to inclement weather or water conditions.
- The Shelburne Kayak Festival Society reserves the right to cancel or alter clinics and trips due to such things as weather conditions, insufficient registration or availability of instructors.
- All other inquiries will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the Board.
- The registration deadline for the 2018 Shelburne Kayak Festival will be August 3rd, 2018. Anyone wishing to register after this date will need to submit a request via email to email@example.com. Requests will be assessed by the Board and the individual will be notified of the decision as soon as possible.
